eFuse and the Esports Awards, in an inspired collaboration, have announced the For The Gamers Fund Esports Awards $10,000 Breakthrough Grant. Applications are now open!
In an announcement from eFuse, they shared the intention of the grant. They are using the application process to search for individuals in the gaming industry who are on the cusp of creating greatness.
“This fund is focused on empowering the next generation of the esports and gaming talent providing them the network, notoriety, & funds to chase their dreams.”
The announcement encourages anyone from the gaming industry to apply, from people in behind the scenes business and development roles to those in streaming, casting, or player positions.
“No matter how long you’ve been in the industry of how big your impact has been, this award is all about finding the next breakthrough creator or industry leader.”
Grant applicants will need to sign up with eFuse and provide a short written response to 3 questions. Successful applicants will progress to the second phase of the selection process, including interviews with current gaming industry professionals.
Applicants for the $10,000 Breakthrough Grant must submit their responses by September 30, 2020.
