IO Interactive released the 2.11 update for the recently released Hitman 2, fixing various issues and ensuring the developer’s commitment to refining the stealth-action game and supporting it over the long-term.
The changes, some of which were brought up in Game On AUS’s review of the title, include fidelity improvements to environments, negating crashes, reducing the amount of character clipping and item bugs. You can check out the full list of updates on IO Interactive’s website.
IO Interactive have a great track record when it comes to supporting their games, specifically Hitman (2016). While by no means a bad game, Hitman 2 seemed to lack polish at launch. With continued support, however, its future looks very bright.
