Earlier this evening, Electronic Arts has released a debut trailer for a new entry into the Need for Speed series of racing games, called Need for Speed HEAT. This will be an open world game and will release worldwide on November 8, 2019 for PC, PlayStation 4 and Xbox One.
The full description for the game from the official website is as follows:
“Hustle by day and risk it all at night in Need for Speed™ HEAT, a white-knuckle street racer, where the lines of the law fade as the sun starts to set. By day, Palm City hosts the Speedhunter Showdown, a sanctioned competition where you earn Bank to customize and upgrade your high-performance cars. At night, ramp up the intensity in illicit street races that build your reputation, getting you access to bigger races and better parts. But stay ready – cops are waiting and not all of them play fair.”
Pre-orders have opened on the website and through Origin with standard and deluxe editions. The standard edition gets you the game and the K.S Edition Mitsubishi Lancer Evolution X starter car for AUD$89.95. For an extra $10 you can get the deluxe edition at AUD$99.95 which contains the following items:
- K.S Edition Mitsubishi Lancer Evolution X starter car
- K.S Edition BMW i8 Coupe
- K.S Edition Mercedes C63 AMG Coupe
- K.S Edition Chevrolet Corvette Grand Sport
- Four exclusive character outfits
