IN some news out of nowhere, it has been announced early this morning that the previously Switch exclusive game No More Heroes 3 will be coming to PS4/PS5, Xbox One and Xbox S/X on October 14 along with PC on October 11.
Suda 51’s Grasshopper Studios No More Heroes franchise of the lightsaber wielding hitman Travis Touchdown had previously originally released on Nintendo’s Wii consoles with the previous 2 games, later then coming to PS3 and then more recently on Nintendo Switch before the release of the 3rd title last year in 2021.
The quirky No More Heroes franchise is a third person hack and slash game that utilised the Nintendo console’s motion controllers to ‘recharge’ the lightsabre and long with swinging motion. While on the ps3 and Switch consoles this was remedied with thumbstick movement which was also easy to use.
There was no word on the previous 2 titles or spin-off Travis Strikes Again: No More Heroes coming to current-gen titles. The team here at GOA will keep you updated on any incoming news.
