IF you haven’t played Red Dead Redemption II yet – and I cannot stress how much you really need to fix that – then saddle up on your couch and practice your Xbox controller quick-draw because the game is coming to Game Pass for Console on May 7.
Microsoft have also confirmed the version coming to Game Pass for Console will include Red Dead Online, the multiplayer online world setting of the game, as well as “additional Story Mode content and a fully-featured Photo Mode”.
The trade-off is that Grand Theft Auto V will be riding off into the sunset from Game Pass for Console on May 7 to make way for the new kid in town – although if you’re one of the few people who don’t already own a copy of the game (it’s sold something like 120 million copies since it was first released in 2013 and is the top selling AAA video game of all time), Microsoft have said Game Pass for Console subscribers can use their membership discount to pick it up for up to 20 per cent off while it’s still in the Game Pass library.
