    Release date announced for TMNT: The Cowabunga Collection

    The largest collection of Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles games in one bundle is set to launch next month. The launch date for Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: The Cowabunga Collection was announced today by Konami Digital Entertainment B.V. The collection, featuring a whopping 13 titles from the late 80’s to early 90’s, will launch on most platforms on August 30. And will set you back an RRP of $69.95 AUD.

    Konami Digital Entertainment B.V. also announced that the retro bundle will not only include OG couch co-op, but also online play for select titles. As well as other quality-of-life features, such as anytime game saves, a rewind feature and button mapping.

    TMNT: The Cowabunga Collection will also include a bunch of bonus content, including a “Museum”, featuring media content from the cartoons, comics, etc., never-before-seen art, sketches and game design material.

    • Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles III: The Manhattan Project (NES) [1991]
    • Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: Tournament Fighters (NES) [1993]
    • Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles IV: Turtles in Time (Super Nintendo) [1991]
    • Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: Tournament Fighters (Super Nintendo) [1993]*
    • Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: The Hyperstone Heist (Sega Genesis) [1992]*
    • Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: Tournament Fighters (Sega Genesis) [1993]
    • Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: Fall of The Foot Clan (Game Boy) [1990]
    • Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles II: Back From The Sewers (Game Boy) [1991]
    • Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles III: Radical Rescue (Game Boy) [1993]

     Those with an asterix are titles that allow online play.

    Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: The Cowabunga Collection will be available on Playstation 4, Playstation 5, Xbox Series X|S and Nintendo Switch from August 30. And is available to pre-order from most retailers.
