RPG publisher Free League – responsible for the Alien RPG and Twilight: 2000 have joined the ranks of gaming companies pledging financial support for Ukraine in the wake of the Russian invasion last month.
The Scandinavian company has said that from March 18-21, it will donate 50% of all proceeds from its webshop (https://freeleaguepublishing.com/en/store/) to support the work of the International Red Cross’ efforts in Ukraine.
This extends across Free League’s entire portfolio – so not just TTRPGs, but board games and books as well.
Free League CEO Tomas Härenstam said everyone at Free League was horrified by the war and wanted to do something to help those affected by it.
“Like so many others across Europe and the world, we have been horrified by the events of the past few weeks and we deplore the humanitarian disaster unfolding as a result of the invasion of Ukraine,” he said.
“We at Free League feel that we need to do something together with our fans to help, and we urge everyone in our community do the same.”
