The finale for the WWE 2K19 Million Dollar Challenge is taking place this weekend during WrestMania Week. It’s recently been announced that one of the lucky finalists to compete is Aussie lad, David Hoey. David, along with 3 other finalists, will be competing on Saturday, April 6, for the opportunity to go up against WWE 2K19 cover Superstar AJ Styles. The finalist who comes out victorious during the one-on-one match against AJ Styles will win the $1 million prize.
The semifinals take place at WrestleMania Axxess at 4am AEST. Highlights can be found on UpUpDownDown, WWE Superstar Xavier Woods’ preeminent gaming YouTube Channel and on the WWE 2K Facebook and Twitter. The finale however will be streamed in full during the NXT TakeOver Pre-Show at Barclays Center in Brooklyn, NY at 9:30am AEST on FOX Sports digital platforms (FOXSports.com, FOX Sports App, Caffeine TV, Twitter, Facebook and YouTube) WWE Network, WWE on YouTube and the WWE 2K Facebook & Twitter. Joining David Hoey in the competition are Americans Gregory Davis & Stephan T. Benson as well as Roman Droßard all the from Germany. They are just four of many WWE 2K19 fans around the world who entered the competition which launched back in October 2018. Participants had to complete the in-game WWE 2K19 Million Dollar Tower as well as submit a promo video on how they would defeat AJ Styles in a one-on-one match.
