For the low price of $79.95 per year, Xbox Live Gold membership gives you $1000 in free games, including backward compatible Xbox 360 games for the Xbox One. That is amazing value considering the calibre of some of the games that become available. This month we have an arcade twin-stick shooter, a co-op puzzle game, a brawler and a classic stealth game that kicked off Splinter Cell on the 360. Once you add them to your collection, these games are yours to keep for the entire length of your Xbox Live Gold Subscription.

For years, Sam Fisher has been off the grid and on his own, chasing his daughter’s murderer. But the trail leads to the last place Sam wants to see again: Washington D.C. Now Sam must work with old friends he can no longer trust, forced to save a country he no longer serves. For unless he can stand against both a vast, faceless enemy and the shadows of the past, he’ll never know what happened to his daughter – or himself.
