It’s nearly here! The Xbox One S All Digital Edition has opened for pre-orders today.
The bundle comes with 3 games including Minecraft, Forza Horizon 3 and Sea Of Thieves and does come with 4K capability for gaming and video.
The all digital edition of the console comes with no disc drive meaning you can only buy games via the store and through Microsoft’s great services with GamePass, Games With Gold and EA Access. As we move into subscription based services rather than outright ownership of games sold through retail stores, this seems to be a smart move and testing ground for Microsoft with their new console code name Project Scorpio.
You can pre-order from JB Hi-Fi, Harvey Norman and the Microsoft Store for $349 today.
What do you think? Does an all digital console float your boat? Will I take the plunge and add yet another Xbox One console to my collection of 4 already?
